Available to move in from November onwards and sharing with 2 other lovely flatmates – we’re searching for someone who wants more than a space to live but a communal home 🫶 No couples, students or self-employed sorry!
🏡 The house
A pretty 3 bedroom flat in a gated complex which means it’s extra safe – just off Camden Road, right in front of a Tesco express or a 10 min walk from a big Sainsbury’s. Lovely kitchen and dining space that is combined with the living room. Great for entertaining. The house has in total 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (1 main bathroom for the two other flatmates to share and then one en-suite for you).
🛌 The room
Largest room in the house and is an en-suite. Room is super spacious and comes fully furnished with bed, mattress, chest of drawers, storage under the bed, 3 big built in wardrobes, desk, bedside table and lamp. The en-suite is also very modern.
👫 The housemates
• Jasmine (25) moved to London earlier this year and works in marketing for a bank and is in the office 1-2 days a week! She is super fun and sociable and most importantly, clean! She loves a glass of wine and is great company to binge watch shows with.
• Rithi (me, 24) has lived in London for a couple of years and works in music. In the office 4x a week with Friday WFH. Loves to cook and host intimate dinner parties and is also partial to a bottle of wine.

• Socially-independent but down to occasionally hang on the weekends and do fun stuff!
• Chilled with having friends over and hosting occasional parties (we are not a party house but we love a spontaneous after but it’s not often!)
• Someone who wants to keep the flat a clean and respectable place. We are really heavy on keeping our communal areas tidy and always cleaning up after ourselves.
💰 Logistics
• £1,500 per month including all bills and a weekly cleaner
• Moving in from 1st of October
• Interview process: 10min call with us first, house visit, and then final decision!
