Hello - I am leaving this gorgeous 5 bedroom townhouse in Camden and looking for someone to takeover my room. The room comes with a built in wardrobe and can be furnished or unfurnished - I am looking to sell my bed, brand new mattress, desk and chest of drawers, and would be happy to negotiate! The rest of the house is furnished and we are also super lucky to have an amazing outdoor terrace which we have been using as a sun trap all summer.

Move in date - 21st September
Rent - £1050 from 22nd September until 22nd October and then dropping to £850!
Bills - Around £135 each month (including council tax, all utilities and internet)

This would suit someone who is looking for something a little more short term or would prefer not to be locked into a full year long tenancy as you will be signing onto a 2 month rolling contract.

Camden Town tube station is less than a 10 minute walk away and Camden Road overground is just round the corner from us. In terms of shops - everything is on your doorstep with a huge Sainsburys less than a 5 minute walk away and a Tesco Express, M&S and Aldi not much further.

You will be moving in with 4 young professionals - 3 guys and 1 girl so we are ideally looking for another girl to balance things out! 🫶 They are all the loveliest people and I will be really sad to leave them. We all tend to catch up after we get back from work either in front of the tv or whilst we are cooking dinner and like to go on the occasional pub trip when we are all free. Everyone is super respectful and pretty chilled out so we are looking for someone who can match this vibe!
