Double Room in Camden Available for 6 Months

NOTE: My flatmate is away so we are postponing viewings until w/c 23rd September.

I have a lovely 2 bed flat in Camden on a quiet street, about a 5 minute walk from the high street and 10 minutes to Mornington Crescent or Camden Town tube station. I currently have a lodger and live in the flat myself. I am going travelling at the end of the year for 6 months and looking to rent my room whilst I’m away. There is potential to extend the tenancy beyond 6 months but this is to be discussed.

About the room: king size bed, very large wardrobe and additional set of drawers so lots of storage. I currently have a desk and monitor in the room (as pictured) which I am happy to leave or remove ! The bedroom is en-suite with a small shower and toilet (photos to come) and the flat also has another larger bathroom with a bathtub (primary bathroom of my lodger). The communal space is an open plan lounge / kitchen. Really great and spacious kitchen for anyone who likes cooking!

Bills: Rent includes WiFi but additional bills would include council tax, water, electricity and gas (around £150 p/m total)

Flat mate: I have a lovely flatmate, 27 y/o working professional. We are both very chilled and prefer to have quiet evenings most of the time so looking for someone similar to move in. Hoping to find someone friendly and social who would be up for a movie night or cooking dinner together. We also both like to keep the flat very clean and would expect someone to participate in their fair share of communal cleaning (alternating every other week works for us! :))
