Room in a Shared Flat, Broadfield Lane, NW1

Hi there,

My flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for a new flatmate to take over her room as soon as possible. I'm a young professional and have been living here in this flat since last year. The place is very spacious and situated in a lovely area.

It's a fully furnished big double room in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat. The rent is 1050 per month plus some additional bills like council tax, power, wifi, water - so comes upto around 1200 per month inclusive of everything.

It's very conveniently located:
10-15 min walk to Kings Cross station
10-15 min walk to Calendonian Road station
15-20 min walk to Camden Town and Camden Road stations
Hardly 1 min to the Bus stand right outside the building

Preferably, a female flatmate who is a full-time working professional like myself. Unfortunately, no students. The landlord would need you to provide your employment details as part of the reference check and you must ofcourse have the right to rent in the UK.
