Female Flatmate Wanted

The room:
Gorgeous double ensuite bedroom located in a 5 bedroom apartment in a brand new residential block. The room comes fully furnished and communal spaces include kitchen/ living space, laundry room and balcony.

The building:
The building has further amenities in the form of a rooftop gym, communal living/ work space on the 7th floor, communal garden/ terrace on 3rd floor

Flatmates:
We're all young professionals (Finance, Engineering, Architecture) working typically from the office. Most nights the flat is quiet/chilled and everyone is really easy going.

We're looking for a female flatmate as the landlord works to keep a mix in the flat, but we're hoping to find someone who's a good fit!
