Cosy+bright rooms 10min walk from King's Cross! :)

Sadly, my two flatmates in this awesome little flat are moving out and I'm looking to find two new people to call this place home with me!

The smaller single room is £975 pcm, the larger double is £1060 pcm. The gas is included but other bills are in addition. The Council Tax is Band C (I am a student, so with three students the council tax would be free). The house is fully furnished and is super quiet and peaceful! Especially given the location...

The flat is in an amazing location- 10 minutes walk from King's Cross St Pancras, 5 min to Mornington Crescent underground, 10 minutes walk to Camden Town station. It is just off of Camden High Street so super close to lots of shops and restaurants, with a big Sainsbury's, Aldi, and M&S all within 10 minutes walking distance.- but it is on the third floor so peaceful.
It's a really great location for London Uni students too- it takes me only 10-12 minutes to cycle to LSE and probably about 6-8 minutes to UCL.

One of the great things about the flat is that the contract is flexible- technically for a year but for a small fee you can move out whenever. So it's great for students studying abroad for a semester.

Who you will be living with: My (28F) name is Joanna and I am a final year PhD student in Mathematics :) My biggest passions are the gym/fitness and backpacking! Sometimes I work from home but usually I cycle to the office (in Holborn) and am in the gym every evening :D Looking for friendly and chill housemates to househsare with who appreciate the peaceful space :)
