Single room 20min walk from UCL

Me and 2 other postgraduate students (all girls) have made an offer for a 4 bedroom flat within 20min walking distance of UCL and are looking for a fourth person (no preference for gender) for the single room. We are looking for another student for council tax purposes.
The room would be £825pm excluding bills and has a single bed, desk and closet. The flat has a separate toilet and shower room. The kitchen has a small dining table and comes with a microwave and washing machine.
We are looking to sign the lease within the next 3-5 days. The flat is available immediately, but move-in can be later.
There’s a bus station right outside and tube station at 5 min walking distance.
