About the flat 🏠: 2 bed 2 bath on the 5th floor of a managed building (there’s a concierge to pick up packages) and lift access. The flat is fully furnished, with a living room, kitchen, and balcony. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, bed-side table, chest of drawers and wardrobe, and has its own bathroom (including a bath!) accessible through the corridor. The common area is an open-plan kitchen/ living room with a balcony.
Tenancy 📑: Rent is £2,750 total i. e. £1,375 per person excluding bills (~£1,500 incl. bills) current tenancy is until March - but looking to find someone to extend with me (landlord has agreed to keep the agreement at the same price for renewal); Council tax band E
About me 🧚♀️: I’m a 24 y/o working as a management consultant in London, mix of WFH and office. I’m pretty busy during the week, but in my free time like to go on runs, trying new restaurants, long walks, and nights in watching movies. I’m looking for a room-mate who is clean, working (sorry no students!), and has similar interests. I’m not a big host, and like a pretty calm house, and would love a room-mate to create a relaxed, friendly home with!
