Double en-suite room on Camden Road

I am renting my room out for 3 months starting in December. The room is pretty spacious and it comes as en-suite which is a massive bonus. There’s also a small patio (not the biggest selling point with winter coming, but it’s there ☺️)
You’ll be sharing the flat with just one more person. A professional female who is really nice, respectful and quiet. And so the expectation is that whoever moves in is much the same.

Most bills are included in price. It might change depending on how much energy is used during the winter.

The nearest tube is Camden Town, Norhern Line (8-10min walk or 2 bus stops)
The bus stop is under 2 minutes walk (buses N29 and 253)
Lots of shops around with 24 hours Tesco express being just round the corner.
