Double bed available from 12 Jan, comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe, and little shelf for books. There is a shared full bath and a separate toilet downstairs.

The flat is a three bed maisonette with common areas all downstairs which comes with huge shared living room, dining space, kitchen and private garden in back. The flat is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer (the luxury!)

Conveniently located 10 mins to Chalk Farm underground, 7 mins to Kentish Town West overground and bus stop around the corner to TCR and Leicester Square. Also within 15 mins walk to Hampstead Heath, Camden high street and Primrose Hill.

Housemates consist of Ivy and Hannah. Ivy is 29 and has been in London for 2 years working at a media agency. She’s a keen (and really good) baker and is always making cool crochet projects. Hannah is 26, a keen runner (doing the Paris half in March) and works for a stem cell charity doing fundraising. Fairly new to North London, Hannah loves exploring London’s bakeries and parks. They both work a mix of office and wfh. Everyone works full time and has their own lives but love the occasional film / dinner / park run if we manage to wake up on time! Looking for a friendly, respectful and clean housemate. Ideally someone who has shared house experience.

Rent is £950 plus bills ca. £100 (This includes council tax, energy bills, water, internet). No deposit needed as we deal directly with landlord but contract is up in May 2025 which we will likely renew.
