2 week sublet near King's Cross, Camden, Euston

Hi all!
My flatmate wants to sublet her room for 2 weeks while she's gone for holidays from December 19th to December 31st.

**Note that preference will be given to females interested to rent for the whole period; however, other applicants will also be considered on a case by case basis.**

The flat is less that 10 minutes walk from King's Cross, St Pancreas International, and Euston station, which means you can easily reach almost any part of london (or even rest of UK/world)!

Being centrally located, you have convenient access to all sorts of shops you might need (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Lidl, Aldi, etc.). With range of cafs, restaurants, and eateries whether in King's cross or Camden you can go for a dine in with a 20 minute walk, and delivery apps are a heaven!

British Library is literally a minute away, and you can conveniently go for a walk along the Regent's Canal, to Primrose hill and Regent's Park. You will have great access to London's more touristic area, and still have the privilege of being away from the chaos!

You will be living with me, a 28-year-old chilled and easy going female. You also can access all shared areas within the flat (bathroom, separate toilet, laundry room, kitchen, living room, terrace). Just note that we greatly value being clean and tidy, and we want to sublet to someone safe and considerate who behaves our home the same way we care for.

With all these points, this room is a gem for a short stay!!!

The rent for the sublet for single occupancy is as follows:
For someone who wants the room for the whole mentioned period: 620£
For weekly rent: 350 per week
On a daily basis: 60 a night
Request for double occupancy would change the rate upon negotiation.
