I am looking for a responsible and animal-loving person/couple or pair of friends to rent my house while I am away for 4 months from February-end of May (or three months March, April and May).
I have a lovely cat called Obi who I do not want to rehome during that time and so the renter would have to care for him. He is low maintenance but likes to snuggle. I would pay for all pet-related costs.
The house is lovely and spacious, set right in the heart of Camden with great tube, bus, train and overground connections from Camden, Chalk Farm, Kentish Town West and Kentish Town stations all within 10-15 minute walk. The house is modern and well decorated with everything you would need already there. I would be looking to rent this out furnished.
If a couple was to rent one room and have the house to themselves, the cost would be £300 per week per person.
