Room in a homely 2 bed flat filled with plants

I've lived in this flat for over 5 years and have made it a lovely place to live. I'm looking for a friendly and clean flatmate who wants to also keep the space tidy and welcoming for us both.

I've completely furnished the flat myself and you are more than welcome to share all of my appliances, cooking utensils ect but I am looking for someone who doesn't eat meat / fish or is happy not cook it in the flat, or very occasionally.

There isn't much storage space within the flat, so I am looking for a flatmate who is happy to move into a home that is already all set-up for them. The room is a nice size double room with a comfortable mattress and a few pieces of furniture, but you may want to add your own rail or additional pieces.

The shared living space is lovely and homely and a great size for two people.

I am warm and friendly, I run my own clothing business designing happy outfits to wear whilst on your period. I have lived in London for many years, so am often out in the evenings having dinner with friends, seeing love music ect but equally sometimes like to have friends over to cook for them, but I am a very respectful flatmate and I am looking for someone who shares these same homely and considerate qualities.

The flat is very reasonably priced for the space and location - it takes about 6 minutes to walk to Camden overground and 12 to Camden town (northern line), the area is very safe and the building has 24 hours concierge. Your room contract and rate is on a separate contract to mine, which is a monthly rolling contract, with a rate of £858 including council tax (bills not included, these come to around £100 pm). The company who manage the property have a minimum income requirement of £27K a year or will consider new tenant with a guarantor who earns £38K a year. You are able to give 30 days notice if you want to move out, but I am looking for someone who would rather stay for a longer stint. The property will be available for up to 18 months but there is a chance we will be asked to move out sooner than that, and we will be giving a months notice of that is the case.
