I am moving out due to a job change and I am looking to find someone to take over my room license. The license runs until September but you can just renew it after that, the agency likes fixed-period licenses.

This property is a 15 minute walk to Camden high street, 10 minute walk from Belsize Park and 20 minute walk from Kentish Town. The nearest overground is Gospel Oak station, 3 minute walk from the flat, and Belsize Park has a convenient Northern Line stop. 🚝

The flat has a large shared kitchen, a split toilet/bathroom, and lots of communal storage space with three walk-in hallway cupboards.

The building is very secure and in a nice area, with parks and families surrounding. It’s also a couple of minutes walk from Hampstead Heath, great in the summer! Speaking of, the balcony attached to the room is also lovely during summer and the wall-spanning windows let in loads of sunlight! ☀️

All bills are included in the rent so no worries having the heating on in the colder months. 🥶

The current flatmates are all very pleasant, and tend to do their own thing, but we often cross paths in the shred kitchen.

Available for move-in from around the 15th January, but there’s leeway if you’d like it to be earlier.
