The two-bedroom flat is newly redecorated and renovated, located on the ground floor of a popular mansion-style midway between Camden and Kentish Town. High ceilings, double glazed windows and wood flooring throughout. Have lived in the flat for around a year and really enjoyed it, the landlady is super nice and communicative.

The bedroom is fully furnished, there is a kitchen and great living room looking out onto a lovely peaceful communal garden with space for bikes. There is a stove and double oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, dishwasher and full-height fridge-freezer.

The block sits just off Kentish Town Road, with its many restaurants, cafes and established shops; and the green spaces of Hampstead Heath and Regent's Park, as well as Regent's Canal. 10 min walk to Camden Town and Camden Road overground, 30 min walk to Kings’s Cross and Euston, National Rail run from Kentish Town. I usually took 30-35 min to walk to UCL, or 15 min by bus.
