Great flat in the heart of Camden High Street

Looking for a housemate to join me in my Camden flat. Moved here from Finsbury Park a year ago and have fallen in love with the area.

About me
- I'm a strategy director for a creative agency, working from home a few days a week.
- I'm an avid boxer so will find me out at classes or on runs during the week
- Love to stay in, cook and watch films, but also a big fan of gigs and pubs.
- Love to host, and there's a few annual parties I throw.
- Would love my new room mate to become a new friend and treat the flat like home.

About the flat and room
- Room. comes with the bed and the wardrobe. Rest of the flat is pretty much as seen in the photos.
- The room faces away from the street so not noisy.
- Nice neighbours, mix of family and some young professionals. Never any bother or noise complaints from us or them (and we've had a few late parties)
- Really well connected to tubes, overground and buses, as well as a stones throw from Kings Cross and St Pancras.
- The local area and street has pretty much all you could ever need. Aldi up the road, big Sainsburys by the station, Poundland and Savers, Charity shops, some really great cafes and food spots. Plus both Regents Park and Canal, as well as Primrose Hill all on our doorstep.
- With all bills included I can't imagine it will come to more than £1200
