1+ Month Sublet in Retro Camden Flat By Primrose

Leaving my beautiful flat in Camden for work and I need someone suitable to move in!

It's a retro 4th floor flat in the Shipton House estate with a quirky personality and decor. The location is an absolute bargain for this price. You have all of Camden, Chalk Farm, Primrose and Hampstead Heath between 5 and 15 minutes walk away.
- 30 second walk to Chalk Farm station (Northern line)
- 5 minute walk to Primrose Hill / Regents Park
- 5 minutes walk to Camden market
- 10 minute walk to Camden Town station (Northern line)
- 10 minute walk to Hampstead Heath

The room itself is a standard double with good lighting, long mirror, desk, wardrobe, closet and under-bed storage.

The living room is my favourite part of the house and is covered with iconic red carpets and curtains from the 80s, as well as huge leafy window that gets a lot of sunlight in the mornings. The flat and the surrounding areas are beautiful in the summer and I am in fact sad to leave as it's beginning to heat up.

You will be living with John and Dan, a researcher and civil servant, who are very friendly guys that are a delight to live with. We all have very different schedules and you will often have the flat and living room to yourself.

I'm away from Sunday 4th May onwards for at least 4 weeks, and up to a few months potentially. I won't know until after the end of those 4 weeks and I'll provide a 2 week notice period for you to move out, however I'm willing to be very flexible for the right person. Hence, the ideal sublet starts from Sunday 4th May or onwards, and lasts for at least 4 weeks.

For the tenancy, you'll pay a security deposit of £500 before you move in. The rent is £666 and bills come to ~£120 per month.
