Double Bedroom + Own Bathroom in Camden

hi! i’m subletting my room from june 21st to july 31st as i will be traveling (if you’d like to stay longer than july 31st, that’s possible but you’d be taking over the contract & will have to find a roommate for the 2nd room).

the price includes *all* bills. the flat is spacious and bright with lots of sunlight. your room will be furnished & you’ll have your own large bathroom with a tub. it’s in a quiet & residential area of camden, with parks nearby. it’s under 10 mins walk to camden road overground & about 15 mins walk to camden town station. it’s also about 15 mins to king’s cross/coal drop’s yard area. quite a few bus stops nearby as well.

the current flatmate is a female student (25) who also works in art, she is very friendly and easy to get along with.
