Double Room in Camden Town

A double bedroom is available in a spacious, modern flat in the heart of Camden Town.

- THE HOUSE
The space is an open plan, two floor flat with a small patio at the back. The entrance leads to a huge office/living room, nicely decorated with plants, a massive desk, sofas, a big screen projector, and large TV, connected to a big kitchen, fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, and oven. The property come fully furnished so any furniture should fit in your room.

- THE ROOM
This room shares the bathroom with one person. It has a door that connects to the back patio and it comes furnished with a double bed, a large wicker chair, a six drawer chest, and a small wardrobe.

- LOCATION
The flat is situated right next to Camden Road Overground station and 5 min. walk from Camden Town Underground station (Northern Line). King's Cross and Euston Station are just 20 min away walk. Buses 24 hours are also available around the area. The canals, Primrose Hill, Regent's Park and Hampstead Heath, provide great spaces around the flat. Camden Market and a great deal of pubs, bars, restaurants and stores offers a lot of entertainment.

- BILLS (PAID ON TOP OF THE RENT)
Currently, the total per person comes around £130 (including gas, electricity, wi-fi, and council tax)

- ABOUT US
You will be sharing the house with 1 guy (who frequently travels) and a couple (Ivan and Sarah). We have lived in the house for many years and we treat it as our home. We are tidy, chill, love plants, up for chats and cooking together but really appreciate time alone (introverts at heart!).

We are looking for someone who will be respectful of the space, take care of it and love it as much as we do.
