Double Room Available in May

My flatmate is moving abroad.

We’re looking for someone to move in May. Our current contract ends on 29th September 2025, and we are also considering extending it.

Rent excludes bills but usually around £50 per month

The bedroom is approximately 1.8 m x 3.6 m and comes furnished with a working desk and chair, a bed, and a wardrobe. The flat comprises three bedrooms on the second floor, and you will be sharing the space with two PhD researchers. A full bathroom is on the second floor, with an additional toilet on the first floor. The flat also includes a separate kitchen equipped with an oven, air fryer, microwave, washing machine and dryer, and dishwasher, as well as a spacious living room (as shown in the photos).

About Your Flatmates: Both flatmates are in their early 30s, work as researchers in engineering and social science, and are from Thailand. We enjoy cooking and occasionally sharing meals—if you like dining together, that’s a bonus. At the same time, we respect each other’s need for personal space and downtime. In the evenings and on weekends, we often relax in the living room, watching Netflix and enjoying a drink or two.
