Looking for a new flatmate to join our 3-bedroom social apartment just 15 minutes’ walk from UCL and Euston Station. I've lived here for a year – it’s safe, quiet, and super convenient with three supermarkets on the way home.
We’re offering a spacious 18㎡ room with a private balcony and west-facing windows (great afternoon light, but shaded by trees so it stays cool in summer). Rent is £370/week, bills included (water, gas, electricity), and the tenancy starts from September 5th for one year, renewable. Cleaning of shared areas is provided every two weeks.
The apartment has two big fridges, a separate dryer, a gas stove, and full heating — no night-time shutoffs. It’s ideal for students who want to live near campus and save on London’s high transport costs.
We’re two UCL girls looking for a female student. House rules: no smoking indoors, no parties, no bringing male guests to stay over, and please keep quiet after 11 PM.
