Double Room in Lovely House in Camden

We are looking for a new housemate in our lovely terraced 4-bed in Camden. The move-in date is Oct 1. The contract would end on July 31.

The house is 5 mins away from Camden Market, but the street is very quiet. Other walking distances are:

1 min to Kentish Town West Overground
10 mins to Camden Town (Northern Line)
10 mins to Chalk Farm (Northern Line)
15 mins to Kentish Town (Northern, Thameslink)
tons of bus stops within 5 mins

Aldi, Morrisons, Tesco and a big Sainsbury's are all between 5-15 min walk away.

The room is a decently sized double on the first floor. All the furniture you see in the picture stays (though only the bed and closet belong to the landlord, so you could swap out the desk if you wanted to).

The house has two bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower and one with a bathtub.

We have a kitchen with a decently-sized dining table and a cozy living room that we all like to hang out in (with a TV!). Somehow we forgot to take pics of those, I'll add them if I remember later but I promise they're nice!

There is a cute little garden to sit in (and dry laundry) in summer.

About the housemates:
You will be living with Victoria (that's me, 28, German, journalist), Stanley (34, British, architect) and Shamika (24, Indian, student).

Stan and I have lived together for about two years and are quite good friends by now, so we would be looking for someone who is up for a bit of hanging out, cooking together, going for the occasional weekend picnic (Regents Park and Primrose Hill are a 15 min walk away, more location perks!)...

We don't really have a preference for gender or student/working as long as we all get on. We'll probably go for someone roughly our age, so mid-20s to mid-30s.

As the add says, the room itself is £1,075 per month. Bills (gas, water, electricity, council tax, internet) come out to around £150 per month. We also have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks for bathrooms/kitchen/living room - we found that that solves 90% of potential housemate conflicts. She's the best person you'll ever meet and adds another £25 per person per month (£12.50 pp each time she comes).
