I will be returning home for the remainder of 2025 and will be subletting the space in the meantime,
All belongings will be removed save for listed furnishings.

Bills are charged separately and average £100 per month.

The other two flatmates are a lovely guy and girl, both in their early-mid twenties whom are very respectful, friendly and enjoy socialising when our schedules align.
