Double room in Camden

Looking for new flatmates for a three bedroom Camden flat! 💞

My two lovely current flatmates, who I’ve lived with for the past 4 years, have had some very exciting developments recently: one is moving to New York, and the other is buying a flat with her boyfriend. So I’m looking for two new flatmates to move in to our flat in Camden from November 10th!

The flat is a modern top floor flat close to central Camden: we have a balcony, separate living room and kitchen, and TWO loos (a luxury).

This listing is for the smaller of the 2 rooms available but it’s still a decent size double bedroom, with a wardrobe and chest of drawers - there’s also a small cupboard in the hallway for the room too.

The flat is very well connected: we’re around 10 minutes walk from both Camden and Chalk Farm stations, and Camden Town and Kentish Town West overground. As it’s Camden there’s plenty of shops/bars/restaurants close by - we’re also about a 15 minute walk to both Primrose Hill and Regents Park.

I’ve lived here for the past year, really enjoyed it and have had no issues: our landlord is also very nice, and responsive, which is why I’m staying on and going ahead with renewing the lease. I currently work as a comms manager in Bank and am in the office 3-4 days a week: in my spare time I am v much like most other 30 year olds in North London and can be found with a matcha latte wandering Hampstead Heath, or grabbing £7 tickets to the Camden Odeon.
