Spacious bedroom near Camden market

Myself and another girl have found a lovely 3 bed flat in Camen. It's a 20 min walk from UCL and 2 minute walk from Camden High street, which has many corner shops, an Aldi, charity shops and Camden Market. In general, the property has been recently refurbished and the 3rd bedroom is spacious (approx 146 square feet!) and gets lots of natural light.

About us:
I'm from Nigeria/Essex, going into my final year of my law degree and enjoy reading, cycling, drawing and gaming.
My friend is from Kenya/Newcastle and works at a restaurant, and she likes reading, writing, cooking and going to dance classes.
We both love going out for music, to eat and dance and have a real sweet tooth

Who we're looking for:
Someone clean - this can't be emphasised enough, we are both busy individuals that appreciate a clean shared space, and plan on implementing a rota to make sure that the shared areas of the flat are kept clean.
Someone friendly and sociable - we'd like to make this flat into a home that we feel comfortable in and would love to hang out together as a flat, where all of our schedules allow us to do so.
STUDENTS ONLY - we would love to also consider professionals but the landlord has been adament that this flat only be occupied by students :/
Must have a UK guarantor that is debt-free, and if you're an international student, you must be able to pay 6 months rent upfront as well as the deposit.
