We are Jackie and Gemma! Two girls looking for our 3 friend/roommate to join us in a super cute, modern apartment in Camden 🥰

About the apartment:
- Great transport links: 5 min walk from Chalk Farm station and Kentish Town West. 10 mins walk to Camden High Street/Station.
- Nice area: Located on a quiet street in Camden. The surrounding area is safe and walkable.
- Convenient shops nearby: There is a grocery store across the street, and the next street over has a lot of cute cafes and shops. There are also green space/parks one street over.
- Modern, 3 bedroom apartment/2 bathroom with a good sized living room, kitchen, and balcony. It comes partially furnished: there are large built-in wardrobes and bed frames, as well as living room furniture; you just have to have/buy your own mattress. There is an in-unit washer and dishwasher.

A little bit about us:

Jackie (29) from the US (Los Angeles) recently moved to London in September for a new job in football after working/living in Copenhagen, Denmark for the last 4 years. In my free time, I like hanging out with friends, going to events, the cinema, a fun night out with a good dance floor, and the gym. I love a good oat latte or açaí bowl, and am happy we’re living near a lot of cute cafes.

Gemma (26) from Sweden, but living in London for the last 2 years working in talent acquisition. In my free time I like going to the gym, I love reformer and boxing, hanging out with my friends, trying new restaurants and cafe. I like going out from time to time, but also love a movie night and dinner at home.

What we are looking for:
- A working professional between in mid 20s-30s. You’ll have to pass the referencing process and your income must be over £38k annually.
- Someone easy going, clean, responsible, and friendly.
- We want the apartment to feel homey and we are on a mission to make it quite cute! 🥰 So we would love to be more than “just roommates”
- We are looking for someone to take the third room, which is £1125/month plus bills (approx £125) = total of £1275
