Hi, I'm looking for a female flatmate to replace me as I have to relocate out of the city. The other two girls living here are super lovely and friendly and are both second year UCL students.
The room is a bright and spacious double-bed-room with furniture included. The bathroom and kitchen are both shared with the other two girls but always kept clean and tidy.
The flat is just under a 20 minute walk from UCL main campus, located near Mornington Crescent station (2 min walk) and Camden Town station (8 min walk). Being just off Camden high street means there are lots of supermarkets, shops and restaurants nearby and of course Camden market a short (10 minute) walk away. Regents park and Primrose Hill are also about a 20 minute walk away, perfect for a quiet stroll, run, picnic or just to enjoy the sunset.
Rent is £1100 a month, not including bills, but the water bill and WiFi has been paid for up until February.
