• 15 min walk to Camden Town (Northern line)
• 10 min to Camden Road (Overground)
• 25 min to King’s Cross

The Flat:
• Shared living room & open-plan kitchen
• 1 shared bathroom (just the two of us)
• No couples / no pets
• Preferably someone who doesn’t work from home (just to keep the space calm)
• No party vibes — this is a home to chill and recharge

About Me:
I’m 27, work full-time from the office Mon–Fri, active lifestyle, and I like a friendly atmosphere where we can chat sometimes but also respect each other’s space. Clean, considerate, and chilled.

Rent & Details:
• £1,100 + bills (split evenly)
• References + proof of employment required
• You’ll be joining the 12-month tenancy, so you’ll need to pass the agency checks
