Bright Double Bedroom 10min walk from King's Cross

I am moving out of my cosy room around mid November and am looking for a nice person to replace me (girls preferred!).

You'd be sharing the space with two girls, both are Phd students (25 and 28), from Paris and the London area.

The room is equipped with a double bed, a small desk, loads of storage space and a bright window which is great if you work from home. The rest of the flat is quite small but cute :) there is a kitchen with a small table and a shared bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated very recently.

The flat is perfectly located, less than 10 minutes walk to King's Cross, 5 minutes to Mornington Crescent Station and Camden Town. Camden High Street is just down the road but the flat is very quiet and has a peaceful and sunny vibe. Regents park is also a short walk away along the Regents canal.

The monthly rent is £1060 + £23 (water bill) + £10-20 (electricity)
We currently do not pay council tax as we are all students.
The contract runs until October 26 (with possibility to renew).
