Description
We are two professional females in our late 20s. We enjoy spending time together, but also respect each other's space. We like to keep the place clean and tidy and are looking for someone to do the same and be considerate and friendly.
The available room is a good-sized furnished bedroom including: a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, large walk-in wardrobe (loads of hanging space) with an additional chest of drawers.
Maisonnette has a large open-plan lounge with a kitchen (including dishwasher) and dining space. French doors onto a private south-facing patio and garden.
There are 3 bedrooms (one with en-suite). Family bathoom with shower over bath, plus WC as well as separate WC - hence never any queue for the loo! Gas central heating, washing machine, TV in lounge, fibre broadband.
Note: we sometimes look after our neighbours' little dogs - so must be animal friendly :-)
We are LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent friendly.
There is potential to obtain a resident parking permit at an additional cost.
TV license and broadband included.
Additional bills:
(i) share of council tax (Band E = £80/month/person)
(ii) share of water, gas and electricity (historically varied from £37/month/person in summer to £85/month/person in winter)
It may be possible to move in before 1st of January'26.
