THE HOUSE
It’s in a huge split level apartment (4bed/4bath) with a good size back garden (with BBQ!), expansive communal areas, and a high level of finish throughout. Given the size of the flat you’ll have lots of privacy but also company if you want. We're a mix of friendly, and tidy, professionals in media/creative/tech industries who all have hybrid work setups and/or regular travel so it's a really international vibe with an abundance of both private and shared workspace as the lounge functions as a co-working area (calls are kept to bedrooms though) during weekdays.
While everyone is rather busy, we love getting together for a shared meal, going to the pub or to see a film whenever schedules align. (A's Spaghetti Vongole is to die for, you'd want to be here for that alone)
LOCATION
We’re located just around the corner from Camden Square in a tree lined conservation area, so there is lots of greenery and it's very quiet. Great access to all other parts of London, with short commutes within all of central London, and the overground connecting to west, east and south as well. Kings Cross, Caledonian Road, Camden Town Tube, and Camden Road Overground, supermarkets, restaurants and bars all within a 10-15 min walk or 5 mins by bike.
PARKING
Street parking is available from the council for residents, and free for guests between 6pm-7am
