*About our lovely house in NW1*
We’re looking for a new housemate to join our warm, friendly home in NW1. The room is spacious, and the flat has a large shared living room plus a big garden — perfect for summer evenings, a cup of tea in the sun, or a bit of casual gardening if you’re keen.
Bills are 150-170pm in addition to rent (utilities, council tax band F, internet etc) and our lease is up for renewal on 28 May 2026 but do not anticipate any difficulties in renwal (we have been here for four years). Ideally we would like someone to move in from 16 January to 23 January.

You’d be living with two easy-going young professional women (both Aussies) who value a chilled, respectful home but also enjoy socialising — think grabbing a pint after work at the local, hosting a couple of friends for wine and cheese, or getting stuck into the occasional creative project (we’re currently on a mission to add more artwork to the house!).

We like to keep the place calm, tidy, and pleasant to live in. We also share a cleaner who comes monthly to help with the upkeep.
We’re generally in bed around 10 pm and appreciate a peaceful home during the week. Morning people are welcome — as long as that doesn’t include thumping workout sessions in the lounge before sunrise! Equally, we’re respectful when the occasional later night happens.

You’re a working professional who spends a few days in the office and enjoys a friendly, relaxed home. You’re social and up for the odd pub night, but you also have your own friends, hobbies, and life in London.
We’re hoping to find someone with a similar outlook: friendly, tidy, sociable but independent, and happy to help make the place feel like a real home. Bonus points if you like plants or don’t mind helping keep the garden happy.
