Bedroom sublet available in 4 bedroom, great area

Hi, I’m looking to move out soon and so need a replacement for my room. We are all students aged 21-22. Friendly, social and outgoing bunch of lads. Enjoy a lot of the usual stuff like football, gym, socialising, going out, watching sports, going on walks / runs and more. If you’re someone aged 19-25 and into those kinds of things, would be a great fit. Also have a nice shared living room with a dining table and projecter with Amazon fire stick + 2 sofas. Also a turntable + speaker so massive bonus if you’re into vinyl records.

Very nice area and road. Walking distance to Camden Town and Kings Cross. Also have a Lime parking station right outside which is very convenient. Very close to many shops and 10 minute walk from a 24 hour Tesco. Room isn’t the biggest but comes with a double bed, large wardrobe with mirror and draws. Also some hooks across the room which are very useful. Great price for this area of London and neighbourhood.

Neighbours in other flats are professionals - friendly and polite but will rarely see them tbh.

Deposit is also £1225 but wouldn’t let me list it. If agreed to sublet then this doesn’t matter! But can also take over contract.
