•2 bathrooms
•The bathroom on the same floor as the room includes a bathtub
•2 fridges
•Washing machine and tumble dryer available
•Suitable for single occupancy or a couple

•£1,075 per month (single occupancy)
•£1,225 per month (couple)
•All bills included (utilities, council tax and Wi-Fi)
•Deposit: £750

•Bus stop 1–2 mins walk
(Routes: 29, 253, 390, 393)
•Camden Road Station – 12–13 mins walk
•Kentish Town Station – 12–13 mins walk
•Caledonian Road Station – 15 mins walk
•Camden Town Station – 20 mins walk
•King’s Cross Station – 25 mins walk

It’s a bit of a walk to the stations, but having the bus stop right outside is very convenient.
The 29 bus goes directly into central London, so we never found it inconvenient at all.

•Tesco Express – 5 mins walk

Towards Camden Town:
•Large Sainsbury’s, M&S, Aldi
•10 mins by bus / 15–20 mins on foot

Towards Holloway:

👥Flatmates
You’ll be sharing with 4 other flatmates. Everyone is kind, friendly and sociable. we often went out for drinks and meals together. They are also very helpful and supportive whenever something needs fixing or if any issues come up.
