Cosy one bedroom near Kentish Town

We’re looking for a part-week lodger for our cosy one-bedroom flat in North London. Ideally someone (or a couple) who would stay:
• One night per week or a few nights per week, either regularly or occasionally. Can be flexible on which days.
• Weekend stays are also possible by arrangement

🏡 What’s Included

You’ll have exclusive use of:
• A comfortable double bedroom
• A private bathroom (not strictly ensuite, but solely for your use)
• A separate kitchen with a small dining table
• Access to a private patio space

There’s also the possibility to leave some belongings in the flat between visits.

Note that there is no living room and you will not interact with any other flatmate.

💷 Rate: £100–£120 per night, depending on frequency, days of the week and length of arrangement (happy to discuss).
All bills included, fiber broadband included.

🐶 Pet Friendly

We’re pet-friendly, so well-behaved pets are welcome.

🌳 Location

Around a 10–15 minute walk from Kentish Town station (Northern Line & Thameslink) — with direct trains to Farringdon, City Thameslink, London Bridge etc. Perfect for City professionals who live outside London but need to be in the office a few nights a week.
