En Suite Room in Shared Flat, NW1

Hi there,

My flatmate is relocating to an another city so I'm looking for a new flatmate to take over her room from the end of January. The place is very spacious and situated in a lovely area.

It's a fully furnished big double room in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat with an en suite. The rent is 1070 per month plus some additional bills like council tax, electricity, wifi, water - so comes upto around 1270 per month inclusive of everything.

It's very conveniently located:
10-15 min walk to Kings Cross station
10-15 min walk to Calendonian Road & Barnsbury station
15-20 min walk to Camden Town and Camden Road stations
Hardly 1 min to the Bus stand right outside the building

Preferably, a female flatmate who is a full-time working professional like myself. Unfortunately, no students. The landlord would need you to provide your employment details as part of the reference check and you must ofcourse have the right to rent in the UK.

No deposit required however you will need to pay £900 to purchase the furniture from my previous flat mate as the place was unfurnished when we moved in. This will be a requirement instead of the deposit. It is half the price of what the furniture was bought for due to it being secondhand and we can provide a list of what is included but the price is non negotiable.
