Flatmate and friend wanted in Camden Flat!

Hi girls,

Sadly our lovely housemate, Emily is leaving us as she has bought her own flat and we are looking for someone new to fill her place!

A little bit about the flat:
📍The location is right on Camden Road NW1. Very central as you have Camden markets right around the corner and it’s just a short 30 minute walk on the canal to Coal Drops Yard, Regent’s Park and Primrose Hill.

🚂 There are lots of transport options. Camden Road over ground station is about a 3 minute walk, Camden Town and Kentish Town tube/train station are about 7 minutes walk and a bus station right on our doorstep. King’s Cross is also less than 30 minute walk.

💵 Rent is £906.93 (weird price because of previous roommates and includes water bill). All other bills will be additional and are approx. £100 extra depending on the month. We would rather not take anymore students, unless you are happy to pay council tax. Deposit is actually £1137.50 but spare room won’t let me add that🤷🏼‍♀️

👑You would be living with me, Zara (27) an occupational therapist, Nikita (24) a law student and Olivia (22) a trainee accountant. This is not a party flat, however are happy to have friends over to hang out, have pre-drinks etc.

🏠 The flat is across 2 levels. We have a separate living room, kitchen and 2 bathroom. One with a shower and one with a bath on the 2nd floor. Both have toilets and sinks, which is so handy. Your room will also be located on the second floor. There are also 2 other flats in the building filled with groups of girls who are also very lovely!

💃🏼I am looking for a flatmate between the ages of 25-30 that is also a friend. Myself and Emily often had movie nights, went on nights out, spent Sundays in coal drops yard, walks to the local pubs, watching reality tv after work and picnics in the park. I’m also looking for someone who would like to help me decorate the flat and can look after plants (I am not good with plants but want them so bad in the flat) to make the flat a home.
