Hi, I am planning to move out of my current flat. It is conviently located 10mn from King's Cross and St Pancras stations, 7mn from Mornington Crescent station, and 10mn from the Mildmay Overground line. It is also 20 minutes walking from UCL.
The room is furnished and has a one person bed with a big window and spacious closet, there is no living room (that makes the space quicker to clean haha :)). The kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated.
We're looking for a nice and tidy flatmate, the other tenants are lovely and will welcome you warmly.
The room would be available from beginning of February, it is an open tenancy so you can leave when you like as long as someone replaces you, or you can wait until the renewal of the contract in October.
Water bill is 22.54£, energy bill is around 20£, broadband costs 9£, and deposit is 1215£.
