I’m looking for a friendly flatmate to share my lovely, characterful flat located between St Pancras and Euston — genuinely one of the best-connected spots in London.

The bedroom (the green one) is a large, bright double with wooden floors, high ceilings and plenty of space for a desk, storage and still feeling airy. It’s a great room if you work from home or like your bedroom to feel like a proper personal space rather than just somewhere to sleep.

The flat has a well-equipped kitchen-diner and a clean bathroom with bath/shower. There isn’t a separate living room, but the layout works really well for people who prefer having their own space — the generous bedroom more than makes up for it, and the flat has a calm, uncluttered feel.

There are loads of cute quirks to this flat, from the green tiled bathroom to the stained glass bedroom windows and seahorse/polar bear doorknobs.

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat:

I’m LGBTQ+ and would strongly prefer another LGBTQ+ flatmate, or someone who is very queer-friendly and values an inclusive, respectful home. This is a relaxed, kind household rather than a party flat — ideal if you want somewhere comfortable, peaceful and welcoming.

In terms of my lifestyle, I work from home Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. I go out on Friday and Saturday evenings (you’re more than welcome to join me for queer events!)
