Come join our big house in central Camden

I am looking to find my replacement to fill our top floor room in our large terraced townhouse. I moved to this house straight from Brazil and it was the best thing I could have done, it made my life in London feel immediately more comfortable and happier, so want to make sure I find the most amazing person to replace me.

It is a spacious double room, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the city and an ensuite with a bath/shower and lots of storage. We have furniture we are keen to sell with the room, so it's most suitable for someone who needs furniture (bed frame, top quality mattress, chest of draws, sofa, armchair, mini-fridge, and deckchairs).

The house itself is spread over four floors with a shared kitchen, dining room/extra space and living room area downstairs, with a large garden out the back and a terrace on the 1st floor that soaks up the evening sun - a rare find in central London.

It's located on a road with two great pub/bars each end and also five minutes walk from both Camden Town and Mornington Crescent tube stations/ 20 mins to central by foot so it's super central and easy to get to anywhere.

We are really looking for a sociable individual as we are a house of young professionals who enjoy chatting away over dinner and wine in the evenings, having the occasional picnic in Regent's park (when the weather allows) and have the occasional barbecue in our garden.

The current household is 25-30, 3 boys and 3 girls. We all work in different professions and mostly working the usual 9-6 day. We're all from Spareroom too and we've all become great friends, with regular trips and even holidays. We would prefer someone who is intending on staying at least a year and hopefully longer.

The expected move-in date is at some point during the second half of March.
