Spacious Double bedroom in Camden

Hiya !!!

So the basics of this flat are:
- 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom
- Location: Camden NW1 10 mins walk from Euston, Euston Square, Warren Street, with easy access to the Northern, Victoria, H+C, Circle and Metropolitan lines
- Rent: 1100 a month - less than a 100 in bills

Unfortunately, our flatmate Lauren had to urgently leave the flat due to a family matter ❤️‍🩹, so we're looking for a friendly girl to take over her lovely room from June 25th to August 25th.
It’s in NW1, within a 10-minute walk of Warren Street, Euston and Euston Square Stations (so easy access to Northern, victoria, Circle, H+C and Metropolitan lines) and surrounded by Lime bikes, for £1000 a month plus approx £80 in bills.
You’ll be living with me (Naomi) and Grace. Grace works in a restaurant 💁🏾‍♀️🍾and I am a recent law graduate 😍👩🏾‍⚖️.
We met when looking for a place together last minute and found this place, but ever since we’ve loved eating together, going dancing together and genuinely making this place somewhere we can be more than just flatmates! Can't wait for you join the trio!
I (Naomi), have unfortunately lived with extremely messy people, to the point where them refusing to clean has led to repeated fruit fly infestations, I'm not too fussy, but keeping shared spaces clean is a must. Lmk if you'd be interested in discussing a rota!!!

Beyond being clean, we're looking or someone, communicative, respectful and friendly!
