We are two UCL undergraduate students (one male, one female) looking for a third female flatmate to join a 3-bedroom flat in Camden. The property has already been secured and we are currently progressing through referencing.

About the property:
- Location: Camden (NW1 2JP), 20–25 minutes walk to UCL
- Floor: 14th floor, secure building with entry system
- Rent: £3510 per month total, split between 3 people
Estimated weekly per room (largest to smallest): ~£290 / £285 / £235
- Bills: approx. £15 per person per week (not included)
- Layout: 3 double bedrooms, separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen

- Start date: around 20 August
- End date before 20 June

About us:
We are quiet, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. We keep regular routines and are easy to communicate with.

We are looking for someone who:
- is a student (preferably female)
- has a stable routine and is considerate (low noise, clean)
- is willing to communicate and make decisions efficiently
- ideally has a UK guarantor (otherwise upfront rent may be required)

We have already paid the holding deposit and started the pre-contract process. We are hoping to confirm the third flatmate within about a week.
