Located on the first floor with lift access. Around a 15-minute walk to UCL and close to transport links, supermarkets and local amenities.

All bills are included. Rent is £300 per week (subsidised from £330).

You will be sharing with three current UCL students.

This is a replacement tenancy arranged through the agency, so referencing will be required and you will be added to the contract.
