Huge double bedroom in great Camden flat!

Hello! We're looking for someone to join us in our amazing flat in Camden!

The room is a huge double, fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and two desks, with loads of space and even its own personal balcony!

The flat has two bathrooms, a decent sized kitchen and a dining room. There's also some extra storage cupboards as well.

The estate we're on has a concierge who looks after parcels and generally deals with any issues. There's a locked bike store on site, and the complex is very safe and secure.

The flat is about a 10 minute walk to both Camden Town and Kentish Town tube stations, and even closer to Camden Road overground. There's also a bus stop right outside that takes you into the centre of London in about 20 minutes.

There's a 24 hour Tesco over the road, as well as a large Sainsburys 5 minutes down the road. There's also a couple of gyms within a 10 minute walk, as well as both Hampstead Heath and Regents Park not too far for a nice park run!

We're looking for a professional to join us who's friendly, enjoys socializing from time to time, but is also respectful and tidy. One flat mate is a media producer who is also in a band. The other is a doctor working at UCL who plays badminton.

We'd like to get somebody in by the weekend of 20th June, but it can be earlier if you'd prefer. Price includes some bills, with the rest coming to around £130.
