I’m sadly leaving my much-loved flat in Camden and am looking for a new tenant to enjoy this lovely home.

The flat is in a fantastic location, close to Camden Road, with a direct view over the canal. It is a ground-floor flat with a practical and well-separated layout.

The kitchen is separate from the main living room, and the bathroom is also fully within the flat and accessed from the hallway, giving the home a good sense of separation between the different spaces. The bathroom has a full-size bathtub.

The flat is currently unfurnished, which would ideally suit someone looking for an unfurnished home. However, I’m happy to discuss leaving or selling any furniture to the new tenant if needed.

- Gas and hot water are included in the rent
- Electricity is paid separately
- Water is paid separately
- Council tax is I believe ban B (it was £107 for a single occupancy)

It’s a lovely flat in a great Camden location, with the canal directly outside and Camden Road just a short distance away.
