A big double room has come up in our five-bedroom flat just 5-10 walk from Chalk Farm Northern Line Tube.

The room is furnished and is a proper double with a desk as well as a bed, so it works if you sometimes need to work from home. The room has been freshly redecorated and comes with a new mattress, ready for the new occupant.

There are two bathrooms (Full bathroom and another seperate toilet/WHB and Shower room) in the flat, which makes a real difference at 8am, and a large open plan Kitchen/ living room which opens out onto the sun terrce we actually use rather than one that's been turned into another bedroom.

The best bit is the south-facing sun terrace. It gets light from morining and all afternoon and is where most of us end up on a summer evening.

We're four professionals, two guys and two women, all working full-time. The flat's sociable without being a party house — we sometimes chill in front of the TV together and everyone does their own thing too. We're looking for someone easy-going who'll be around a bit rather than just passing through.

Kentish Town station is a short walk for the Northern line, with the Overground nearby too. Hampstead Heath is fifteen minutes on foot, and Kentish Town Road has the pubs, cafés and a big Sainsbury's. UCL, the Royal Free and central London are all quick on the tube.
