Double Room on the Edge of Camden/Kentish Town

I am looking for a replacement for my room in a townhouse located on the edge of both Camden and Kentish Town. The property itself is in a gated development just off Camden Road. I have found it to be quite quiet for a place in such a busy area which is really nice.

The room itself is unfurnished but I would be looking to sell the furniture to the next tenant for the same price I bought it for from the tenant before me at around £80. If you would like to bring your own furniture let me know. This includes the double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Being on the second floor of three, the room sits above a bay window so has its own small balcony with double doors, which has been great during summer but would be equally nice to have anytime.

The property has all the amenities you would need, including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is one ground floor WC and a good sized communal bathroom on the top floor. The kitchen is a good size with enough space for each person. There is also a really good size living room and dining space on the first floor.

The property is really well connected to different transport links:

Kentish Town Station (Northern Line and Thameslink) - approximately 15mins Walk

Camden Town Station (Northern Line) - approximately 15/20mins walk

Camden Road Station (Mildmay Overground) - approximately 10mins walk

Buses to Kings Cross also run from round the corner. It take about 15mins to get to the station.

You'll be sharing with 1 guy and 3 girls; James, Sophie, Tia and Holly (moving in at the same time as you). They're all very friendly and often watch TV together in the evenings, but of course all have their own commitments/friends outside the house. So someone who wants to be sociable and enjoy time with them but also enjoys doing their own thing would be great :)

The rent is 915 PCM without bills/council tax which are usually around £110 per month. Deposit is a months rent so £915.

We also hire a cleaner once every two weeks for around £5/6 each who comes and does a once over on all communal spaces.
