Double room in your new home

Sadly our wonderful Brazilian flatmate is moving back to Brazil to finish up her PhD. On the plus side, we have an opening for an awesome flatmate to move into a furnished double room.

The flat is modern, and within a gated development with a nice community vibe.

The room faces the internal courtyard of the development and as a result is quiet.
Containing an ottoman bed and a floor to ceiling double wardrobe, it has plenty of storage space.

The room comes with a desk and a chair for WFH / study.

Internet is 1Gb.

Ideally situated for transport links:
- Camden Road 10 minutes walk
- Camden Town 12 minutes walk
- Kentish Town is also 10 mins walk away.
- Bus links are good getting you to Angel, Kings Cross, Euston and central easily
- The 29 (24 hour bus) stops 2 minutes walk from the flat.

We have a concierge and a secure bike store also!

What to expect if you move in...

Friendly community / block (we actually speak to our neighbours!),
Minutes from a green space, with outside gym, basketball hoops and even a skate park if you're so inclined !

All in all a clean, friendly, relaxed and laid back home, perfect to escape to after a busy day at work!

If you're looking for a home rather than a room to sleep in this could be the place for you.

About the flatmates -
Did I say we were a friendly bunch ? There are 3 of us (2 to a bathroom). We have varied interests, but when we're at home we do like to share a tv series or just chill and catchup.

We're very respectful of each others space and needs. We like to keep the flat clean for ourselves and others to enjoy. We're very much looking for someone like minded and hoping you're the one that fits the bill.

We know moving is stressful, and if required we are happy to put you in contact with some ex flatmates to provide some references.
