You have private use of the first floor of my house which consists of a large double room plus large adjacent bathroom. The decor of your rooms is very much vintage / art deco inspired. The bedroom has a comfy French vintage style double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair plus TV and Wifi. The spacious bathroom has a lovely powerful shower with hot water 24/7. The room is available for single occupancy only.

You have use of an iron, ironing board and professional clothes steamer - which is much kinder and more effective at getting creases out of your travelling wardrobe.

The ground floor is a much more modern style - comprising of an open plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen which you are welcome to use.

You will be sharing with me; a friendly, professional female in my 40s (I produce TV programmes and events - but I'm passionate about drama either theatre, film or TV).

Rent: £950 pcm Includes all bills (except telephone landline), wifi, weekly cleaner. Deposit: £500.
