Seeking friendly housemate for Camden houseshare!

Hello,

Me and my housemate Chris are looking for someone to fill the downstairs room that's just been vacated by our French housemate Charlotte, ideally another girl to keep the balance in this lovely house.

I work as a sound engineer and Chris works in TV and we'd describe ourselves as very friendly, considerate and laid back, and we're looking for the same in a housemate. While i spend a lot of my time out of the country and living away from the house it's really important to me when i am here to have a warm and friendly environment - there's some excellent pubs and great places to eat nearby so it can be nice to go out for a drink or meal now and then. At the same time we do respect each others privacy and desire to do own own thing. This isn't a party house, though with the big terrace it's perfect for barbecues in the summer. We like to keep the place clean and tidy but without the need for notes on the fridge :)

The House: Three bedroom house in Camden that sits at the top of a quiet cobbled mews with a gated entrance just ten seconds away from Camden Square in what is by London standards an extremely quiet neighbourhood. There's a large terrace that catches the sun for most of the day as well as a small pebbled garden. Good sized kitchen adjoining the living room which opens onto the terrace. The bedroom for rent is on the ground floor and whilst it isn't the biggest in the world it's certainly not the smallest (the photo makes it look much smaller than it is), and includes a lot of cupboard and storage space.

Travel: five minute walk from Camden Road overground station, under ten minutes to Camden Town and King's Cross tube plus bus stops within a couple of minutes to routes all across London.
